And these programs are easy to implement and manage. Once enrolled, members can quickly access legal assistance via a toll-free number or directly through an attorney.

Options for providing legal services:

  • Legal Services Plan - Telephone advice, Nolo Personal Law Center access, 24/7 access to emergency legal advice, and discounts on basic legal services. Also includes $95/hour attorney rates for non-covered services.
  • Signature LegalCare® - Telephone advice, Nolo Personal Law Center access, 24/7 access to emergency legal advice, paid-in-full coverage for most basic legal services, and 25% off attorney fees for non-covered services provided by Participating Attorneys. Plus, annual reporting provides feedback on plan usage and financial results.
